My name is Dan Moore and the above screenshot taken from my iPhone of ‘provable income’ you see was generated from a 29-day marketing campaign from a non internet marketing niche, more on that in a second. I’ve been running my online business for over 6 years now, mainly selling to little markets outside of the Internet Marketing niche.

After many requests from friends and family on how I go about running my web business and actually make money I decided start the ‘Internet Marketing Training Academy’ to help people get started online and also grow their existing business or take their offline business online. You may have seen those sales pages and product offers with the income shots where the product creator claims to have made a million bucks in 7 days or something like crazy that, well no I don’t have any of those fancy screen shots of my Clickbank account to show you and we all know those things can be manipulated with photo software anyway. The truth is, I have simply figured out a way to pull in a consistent income online. Banking more down-to-earth

There have been massive changes to my life in the last few short years. Maybe your life has taken a different path than intended too? or maybe you’ve been questioning your choice of career lately and want to re-create your life?

My story starts almost 5 years ago now. At the time I was living with my father. The clocks had changed and summer time was on its way, I had been away for the night to visit a few friends, I arrived home the next day, walked through the door to find him laying on the floor, at first I thought he had an epileptic fit as he suffered from Epilepsy.

But something in my mind told me, this was different!

I called an Ambulance strait away. Blue flashing lights. Sirens. The Lot. I was terrified. He had collapsed right there on the floor from heart failure.

In mid 2004 He was bankrupt. For the following 18 months he was hounded by creditors threatening to take away his home (the home I also lived in) if he didn’t pay them over £15,000 …(around $25,000). On top of that he had gotten behind in the mortgage payments, this lead to ALOT of stess and alot of overeating and drinking… as you can imagine he wasn’t the healthiest of people by this time.

Of course, he could not pay them. His family, his brother, his sister all turned their back on him financially. He turned to me, his only Son, so I helped him and paid off the creditors.

Little did I know he would be gone just one month later!

I was running my own small online business at the time selling other peoples products as an affiliate. Nothing life changing, but I was managing to get my bills paid each month…

…Then it happened

Because there was NO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT it seemed to be taking forever for my lawyers to sort out the estate. Three years had passed and it was now 2009, it got to a point where I received a letter from the mortgage company telling me that my father had NO LIFE INSURANCE with them, they said they didn’t know who he had insurance with either.

I searched, searched, searched through hundreds of papers and letters to see if I could find some sort of insurance document while they persisted by saying that if I didn’t pay the mortgage arrears in the next 90 days and also the mortgage payments each month they were going to SEIZE THE HOME I LIVE IN…

At the time I felt like I’d had my heart ripped out and crushed… I wasn’t able to focus on anything properly because of grief and stress. As I mentioned earlier I had paid off the creditors (with borrowed money). And now this?

I was only managing to get 2-3 hours of sleep a night, I had lost friends. Lost self-respect. I was falling to pieces – literally! I may as well of had no business and within 90 days from now the bailiffs would be knocking on my door.

I needed money fast or I would be homeless. The modest income that I did have coming in just wasn’t going to cut it.

When it came down to it I knew I had to get this handled, when push came to shove and all my own personal bills had been paid for the month, I was still left with paying the mortgage arrears. I was horrified to find that I had only just about enough money left to live on for the next month or so!

I couldn’t borrow anymore money, my credit cards were maxed-out and I couldn’t get a job that paid enough in such a short space of time.

To be honest, I spent the next month doing not much else other than worrying like crazy about what I was going to do to keep a roof over my head. Time was passing and I now had just a couple of months left before I would be out on my ear.

If you’ve ever been in a position where you don’t know when the next bit of money is going to come in and you have no idea how you are going to pay the next credit card bill or how you are going to put food on the table, then believe me I know how you feel.

That kind of thing just rips you apart inside man and at the same time as you are desperately trying to come up with a way to get out of the mess you find yourself in.. and somehow regain some self respect in the process.

I look back now at how things were and it truly feels like someone else’s life I’m talking about.

Now I know just how easy it is to make ten times what I was making before and to be able to do that by working only when and where I feel like it, instead of putting in 12+ hours a day, well I just wish I’d known then what I know now!

So what did I discover?

Let me ask you a question for a moment…

You see that’s just it. What I learned is that there are no secrets! That’s right. There are no online success secrets as all those self-proclaimed gooroo’s tell you, there’s only stuff that you don’t know yet!

I’d been looking around online and had read a bit about how people were making extremely good money, however still being quite skeptical I thought it was mostly hype.

With just a couple of months left before I had to pay the mortgage arrears in FULL, I decided to investigate this Internet Marketing thing further and see if there was a way that I could create the extra income that I needed. I knew others were doing it, so I thought it would at least be worth a go.

This is the part where you probably think I’m going to tell you that I’m now a multi-millionaire and drive around town in a flash Ferrari or that I made a spa-zillion bucks in a couple of weeks right?

Well Actually No!…

But that’s how most of those ‘Guru’ salesletters go right? BUT THIS IS ABOUT BEING REALISTIC!

Do you know what happened? I set out on exactly the same path that many others have followed. You know. The 97% of people who are NOT making more than $2,500 a week online?

With my money running out fast I did what most people do. I bought boatloads of ebooks to try to learn more. I attended seminars, summits and workshops and bought the latest so called short-cut software. I just kept trying to improve my knowledge, which I managed to do.

If I wanted to achieve anywhere near the sort of incomes and lifestyle that these big marketers were achieving, I needed to stop doing what they were saying and start doing WHAT THEY WERE DOING!

As I investigated more and more the puzzle pieces started to reveal themself. I kept asking myself… what were they doing that I wasn’t?

The more I searched, the more it was starting to become plainly obvious to me. It had been staring me smack in the face and I hadn’t noticed it, like it was in plain view but hidden from sight.

The type of Internet Marketers that I was researching wasn’t working all the hours God sends and struggling to make it from one month to the next by selling ‘other peoples products’ They all had THEIR OWN products.

And the very reason that they were all making these nice big incomes online, living rock star life’s, was because EVERYONE WAS SELLING THEIR products and not the other way around!

At that point it clicked, you know? a real light-bulb moment, and I’m not talking no energy saver – the floodlights came on…

I made a decision right then I had to produce my own online products. So instead of it being just me, I could have other people advertising my products and sending lots of traffic to my website, without me having to put finger to keyboard for hours everyday and that is just how I was able to pull in $20,070.17 in less than 30 days by having others send traffic to my website and on to an offer that converts browsers into buyers. This was in a niche far from teaching internet marketing, in fact, it was in a nice little obscure fitness niche I like to focus on.

I don’t mind telling you that once you’ve decided on a special interest niche market to focus on and your product is created, your website is ready to take orders, it’s all about traffic. Website Traffic and an Offer That Converts is the lifeblood of any online business no matter what you sell. Let me take you through the process…

STEP #1: PRODUCT

Create a giveaway and main product or have a product with your own branding (I show you how)

STEP #2: WEBSITE

Set-up your website squeeze page to giveaway a free product to build your mailing list

STEP #3: TRAFFIC

Send visitors (targeted traffic) to your website squeeze page

STEP #4: CREATE RELATIONSHIP/TRUST

Educate your visitors on a particular niche subject for free via your website and email

STEP #5: FOLLOW UP

Follow up with your subscribers and offer them your main paid product that solves their problems right now

STEP #6: REPEAT

Continue to follow up on the back-end with other related products and services that gives the customer massive value

Earlier I mentioned there are no secrets, only things that you don’t yet know or aren’t aware of. Well it soon became clear there were things I wasn’t aware of about producing my own products.

It was like walking up hill in thick mud and boy did I make some rookie mistakes. I didn’t know the shortcuts. I didn’t realize that the way I went about creating my first ebook was COMPLETELY wrong! In fact, I couldn’t of got it more round the wrong way if I’d tried! I didn’t know the right methods to use at first. I didn’t know why my first product failed completely and my second attempt made just a few sales.

I see other people making these exact same mistakes every day and they don’t know where they are going wrong, they have no clue. So their first ebook crashes and burns. Their next one, well no luck the second time round either so they through in the towel and go back to selling other peoples products instead, or even worse, they go back to their day jobs (no thanks)!

I wasn’t willing to do that, (I guess i’m just stubborn like my father was). I took the knock backs and learned from them. I made mistakes and got back on the horse so to speak. Step by step I learned the shortcuts. I learned what worked and what didn’t. I saw which niches were responsive and which weren’t. And I saw why I had been going wrong and exactly where too.

My next attempt did ALOT better. And more importantly… I knew exactly why! I had developed a system that works and now I just repeat exactly the same process for every new product I want to create and they are snapped up by eager buyers every day of the week!

I live a comfortable lifestyle thanks to my ability to make money from the comfort of my home using the internet. I use it to pay the mortgage, buy food, fill my car with fuel etc and month by month I’m continuing to build my business.

So these days, I do pretty much whatever I want. Take a few hours, a day or even a week off whenever I want, drive around in funky cars and get to spend a lot of time with my lovely girlfriend. I know that you are striving to start and build a successful income online and I am sure that you would love to enjoy the laid-back lifestyle that I am now enjoying. – I can show you step-by-step.

Now I don’t want you to think I am blowing my own horn. I just want to show you that learning how to sell my own products online has changed things for me – and can change things for you too.

I can now choose to “work” just a few hours a day. Some days I decide to really go for it and work 16-17 hours, some days 3 hours and other days I don’t work at all.

I absolutely love the freedom of it all!

The neighbors think I’ve taken early retirement or something, probably because they never see me working.

For the first time in my life, I decide how I will spend my days. Some days, I’ll feel like working for a few hours (usually in the morning). Other days, I’ll play some golf, go for a swim … or just hang out.

Here’s the thing though…

Anyone who likes to can learn the same skills that now lets me earn a comfortable income from home, year after year. I have re-designed a life that serves my needs and serves the needs of others.

Remember earlier I said that I attended seminars and workshops to learn more, well, one particular workshop I attended that supposedly showed people how to get started with their internet business and create information products only gave attendees the bare minimum when compared to what you’ll learn here at the Internet Marketing Training Academy!

I paid $1,997 for the weekend training, plus the cost of travel, accommodation and food. In total, I spent just over $3,000 over the two days. And you already know what happened when I came away and tried to put into practice what I learned. Remember I told you earlier?…

I’m very happy with the way my life is unfolding right now and I’m happy helping others become successful, while I stay behind the scenes.

If you have been putting energy into the “make money online” niche and not getting anywhere…  STOP! It’s getting more saturated month after month.

You may have seen or even ‘tried’ the guru systems and you may have noticed a lot of them teach their students to focus on the make money niche promising hundreds of subscribers and high percentage opt-in rates… yet find yourself beaten to the virtual checkout by more experienced marketers.

I see it everyday, marketers struggling online because all they focus on is the Internet Marketing Money Niche teaching people ‘theory’ without any other income stream outside of that and when they have no clients to coach or their I.M products aren’t selling as well as they hoped, you know what happens? No money comes in!

Why do you think marketers charge so much for coaching? Because they know there will be times when they have no money coming in so they have to compensate for that.

But once you’ve already set-up successful income streams outside of the make money market before you enter it you don’t have to worry about trying to chase clients all the time, they start coming to YOU.

And isn’t that what this is all about?

Knowing you have cash coming in from various ‘other’ niches so you can sit back and relax – not use up all your energy trying to win the war of teaching others how to make money online without ever having really done it properly for yourself.

I see a lot of people teaching back to front. (In fact I have hired some of them)

They teach ‘theory’ of what they have read in an eBook or watched in a video, and they don’t really get out there and take action and actually do what they learn then use the proof they build up to move forward into the make money niche.  They just dive right in!

But Dan that takes time doesn’t it?

The income to support you and your family or the thought of the kudos of being known in the make money niche?

I know what its like, marketers think if they can land that BIG JV deal with a well know marketer (Guru) everyone will buy from them in the future and they will get the recognition they crave.

I call that EGO marketing!

The way I see it is we can either keep chasing our tails jumping from one money making scheme to the next or we can spend some time focusing on building up a business that will bring in income for years to come.

That’s the newbies BIGGEST mistake… Not having the correct focus on what they want to achieve.

I have spent time focusing on the same two niches outside of I.M and now my competitors (not that there are many) in that niche all watch me to see what I’m going to do next.

So you see these days I only learn from people that actually walk the walk… My Mentor, he used run his own hairdressing salon in which he did all his own marketing and it wasn’t until he had a regular income coming in from that he then moved into teaching and mentoring his marketing methods to other salon owners.

Bottom line… Focus on a niche market outside of the make money niche first, and then if you still want, take what you have learn’t and teach others the techniques you have used.

When I talk with people about why they are struggling with Internet Marketing the same reasons come up over and over again saying they don’t know how to…

- Do Keyword Research Properly
- Create an Attention Grabbing Website
- Create a Product That Converts Browsers Into Buyers
- Get Targeted Traffic …etc

You need a solid business that works for the long term, not a business based around a ‘quick fix’ loophole but a business based on providing real products and services to real people. A business that will continue to provide you with a sustainable income for many years into the future.

Yes, you can make an amazing income from the Internet and live a fantastic lifestyle, having the freedom to do whatever you want with your time and with your life by doing this – but with a little patience and persistence.
